Serenity 4 Management Services is a value-based health care management organization providing operational, clinical, and accounting services and consulting to post acute and senior living communities in California.

Serenity was created to assist quality-driven organizations in providing the highest level of services possible through proven operational approaches and efficient work systems.

The seeds of Serenity 4 Management Services originated within another organization, Independent Quality Care (“IQC”), more than 25 years ago.  IQC was originally founded as a family-operated organization emphasizing a “Small, Friendly, and Caring” approach to resident centered care.  IQC was recognized as an innovated leader in quality care and services to long term care residents throughout the 1990’s and was awarded more than a dozen “Excellence in Programming” Awards by the California Association of Health Facilities.  IQC facilities were also the first in California to be recognized as recipients of the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Awards.

Today Serenity provides services to several post acute, long term care, and senior living facilities in California.
